We use CTT for product delivery:

  • 24-hour doorstep pickup service

  • Dispatch on the next business day


Shipping Coverage

Portugal

  • Delivery available within mainland Portugal

  • Island regions (Azores / Madeira) are not eligible for free shipping

Spain

  • Delivery available within mainland Spain

  • No shipping to island or exclave regions (Canary Islands / Balearic Islands / Ceuta / Melilla)


Delivery Time

  • Portugal: 5–7 business days

  • Spain: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimated and may be delayed due to weekends, public holidays, or other uncontrollable factors.


Shipping Fees & Taxes

  • Shipping fees are calculated based on the real-time amount displayed at checkout.

  • All prices include Portuguese VAT (IVA).

  • Orders shipped to Spain are subject to additional customs duties.


Order Processing Time

  • Standard orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • During promotional periods, processing may take 3–5 business days.


Issues With Your Package

If your package is returned due to:

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

  • No one available to receive the parcel

  • Unable to contact the recipient

  • Packages were returned by the courier company for reasons such as delivery failure

  • Other customer-related reasons

We can reschedule delivery, but a second shipping fee will be required.

If the issue is caused entirely by the carrier, please contact customer service immediately for assistance.


Address Responsibility

Please ensure your delivery address, postal code, and contact details are accurate before placing your order.

Any costs resulting from incorrect addresses—such as re-delivery fees or return charges—must be covered by the customer.


Order Modification & Cancellation Policy

Due to fast processing, once an order enters the processing stage, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please verify all information before submitting your order.


Package & Delivery Instructions

CTT may require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available, the parcel may be left in a secure location or at a nearby pickup point.

Please refer to the final tracking updates for accurate delivery information.


Lost or Damaged Package Procedure

If your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will file an investigation with the carrier.
The investigation period usually takes 7–15 business days.

Once the investigation is completed, we will offer a replacement or refund.
