Return & Exchange Policy
According to applicable legal regulations, VÊ-O products may be exchanged or returned under certain assumptions and conditions.
Personalized or customized items, or any products that have been altered in any way per the customer’s request, are not eligible for return or exchange.
All return or exchange requests must be submitted via email to VÊ-O at: support@veoooo.com
Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order, and return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order.
Any request for return or exchange must include the order number and the item(s) to be returned and/or exchanged.
If the return request is due to a product defect, proof of defect must be provided.
If the return is caused by a product defect, VÊ-O will arrange pickup of the item(s) from the customer’s address—provided the address is located in the original country of delivery.
Refunds will be issued in accordance with the method agreed upon between VÊ-O and the customer.
If the customer received free shipping when placing the order but later requests a return:
VÊ-O will deduct the actual shipping cost incurred for the original delivery from the refund amount.
Final Refund Amount = Product Price − Actual Shipping Cost
This policy applies to all orders that benefited from free shipping.
Refund Method
For all items eligible for return, once VÊ-O receives the returned product and completes the condition assessment:
Refunds will be issued directly to the original method of payment.

Shipping costs are non-refundable; if free shipping was used for the order, the actual shipping cost will be deducted.
Exchange Policy
If you wish to exchange for a lower-priced item, the price difference will be refunded to your original payment method.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.
All exchanges or returns are subject to VÊ-O’s confirmation after analyzing the condition of the returned product.
Upon receiving the returned item, our facilities will conduct a detailed inspection. Returns will only be accepted if:
a) The product has not been used;
b) The product retains its original characteristics, with all labels intact;
c) The product is complete and includes all materials originally shipped with the order.
Customers must email support@veoooo.com, indicating the item(s) to be returned, the order number, and/or any relevant proof of defect.
If you wish to exchange a product, you may exchange it for a different model, size, or an item of equal value.
Exchange Request Deadline
Exchange requests must be submitted to VÊ-O within 14 (fourteen) days of purchase.
Any price difference will be refunded or charged based on the final amount.
Voucher Terms
Please note that vouchers are non-refundable. Products purchased using a voucher must be exchanged using the same voucher, if applicable.
(This clause applies only to vouchers issued under specific circumstances.)
Shipping Information
Shipping costs are always the customer’s responsibility.
If an order is returned and the products had originally qualified for free shipping, the shipping cost will still apply and will be deducted from the refund.
Please note that if a future exchange is requested, the same rules apply to the item purchased under the exchange.
