We currently ship only to mainland Portugal and mainland Spain.

We do not ship to island regions such as Azores, Madeira, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla.
Order Processing Time
We require 3–5 business days on average to process your order before dispatch.
Please note that processing times may be longer during promotional periods or holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once your order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is:

Delivery times may be affected by weekends, public holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Pre-ordered or Back-ordered Items
If your order contains pre-ordered or back-ordered items:

In-stock items will be shipped first.

The pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available.
If you receive only part of your order, the remaining items will arrive shortly afterward.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
We process orders quickly, so the window to correct an address is very limited.
